Course Completion

Please refer to the directions on your course home page for specific instructions regarding the completion of your course .

To complete the course and receive your Completion Certificate, you must successfully complete the following requirements:

• Complete ALL instructional lessons in the course by answering each question correctly at least twice.
• Return a signed and dated Student Affidavit to your School when the course is complete. The Student Affidavit is a signed document from you certifying that you have personally completed each assigned lesson of instruction. This student affidavit must be returned to your School before you can receive credit for a distance learning course. (A “Student Affidavit” link will appear on your course home page upon completion of the course. Click on that link to obtain a copy of the Student Affidavit).
• CD-ROM Students: You MUST upload your course work upon completion of all course lessons. (Directions on how to upload your course are available below and on your course home page).

 

How to upload your progress (CD Version)

FOR CD-ROM STUDENTS ONLY : It is highly recommended that you upload your course work or save your course work to a floppy diskette every time you exit your course, as this will save any work that may be lost if you experience computer problems. You MUST upload your course work or save it to a floppy diskette upon completion of all course lessons.

If you have an Internet connection:
Upon completion of all course lessons, click the “Upload Data” button which appears on the Course Certificate Instruction page. (You must be connected to the internet for your course work to be uploaded.)
To access your online exam, click the “Submit Documentation” button. You will be directed to a webpage where you will be able to access your exam and evaluation (after your exam).

If you do NOT have an Internet connection:
After your complete all course lessons, you must save your course work to a floppy diskette and submit that diskette to your school administrator to be checked for completion. Once the school administrator has uploaded your work, you will be able to access your exam.
You will need to use a computer that has internet access. You should print out the information found on the Course Completion Certification Page which will contain the URL you will need to type into the address bar to access your exam.
